Kurt Busch Eyeing Kentucky Repeat

Until 2019, Chevrolet had never won at the Kentucky Speedway before. It was strictly a Ford and Toyota show in the Quaker State 400. Then, Kurt Busch went out and beat his younger brother, Kyle Busch, in a thrilling photo finish last July.

Now, can Busch go back-to-back?

Busch, hasn’t won a race since last year’s Kentucky race but has been moderately consistent up front. With how well his No. 1 Chevrolet has been running lately, mixed with how well he typically runs at Kentucky overall, there’s a good sense that Busch can repeat on Sunday afternoon.

Busch, has four top 10 finishes in his last five Kentucky starts, three of which being in the top six. On the season, the Las Vegas native also has six top 10’s in his last 10 starts and nine in the last 14 tries overall.
