Felix Rosenqvist won last years NTT INDYCAR Series rookie of the year. While he didn’t win a race, he was solid.

So far to start his second season, he’s having some bad luck.

Rosenqvist, sits a disappointing 19th in the series standings. That’s all because he crashed in the closing laps while running season in the season opener at Texas. He was only 15th last Saturday on the Indianapolis road course too.

Meanwhile, a fellow sophomore driver is keeping his championship aspirations alive.

Colton Herta won twice last year as a rookie. He came out of the gates finishing seventh in Texas and fourth in Indy.

That has Herta fourth in the standings, 46 points behind Scott Dixon for the lead.

Now comes a twin bill at Road America. Herta, is at his best on natural road courses, so he’s one to watch this weekend.
