However, he’ll have to do it from the middle of the starting grid. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. took the pole position with Alex Bowman on the outside of the front row. Reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch, meantime, seeks his first Daytona 500 win from the 28th starting spot.
